Reservation Rules & Policy
- All room reservations should be directory sent to Rooms Reservations Department on your voucher or company letter head, which will be stamped and returned back to you (Tel/Fax:855-63 760 555, 855 63 760 777; reservations@khemaraangkor.com
- A final rooming list with arrival / departure details must be received at least two weeks prior to group’s arrival to the Khemara Angkor Hotel & Spa, failing to which the hotel reserves the right to release the confirmed booking.
- For Reservation: Will be valid only upon receipt of confirmation from KHEMARA ANGKOR HOTEL & SPA./li>
- For Cancellation: No Cancellation will be accepted through direct phone call.

Child Policy:
Children from 5 to 12 years 50% discount on adults’ menu price and no discount on kids’ menu price. No charge for meals for children below 5 years and 50% charge on breakfast for 5-12 Year old Sharing bed with Parent.
